Every new committee inherits the same mess — a spreadsheet no one understands, eight WhatsApp groups no one can leave, and half the freshers still haven't paid subs. ClubHQ replaces the spreadsheets, WhatsApp and admin chaos with one platform your committee can actually hand over.
Get early access for your clubMost club apps focus on fixtures and messaging — a team chat with a calendar bolted on. ClubHQ goes further. You get proper strength and conditioning programming built for athletes, not a forum post, and a real committee workspace where handover, finance, and club-wide admin actually live. Built for how clubs really run, not how apps think they should.
ClubHQ replaces the spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and admin chaos with a single platform built specifically for sports clubs.
Organise your club in one place. Profiles, attendance, fixtures, and injury tracking — all at your fingertips. No spreadsheets. No chasing. Just results.
Sessions sorted. Sign-ups managed. Attendance tracked in real time with automated QR and code check-in. Unlock squad-wide analytics with a powerful dashboard.
Collect availability, build team sheets, log injuries, and share coach notes — all before kick-off. Live updates and push notifications keep your squad informed instantly. Track results, match reports, and performance analytics in one place.
Push notifications, group chats, polls, and announcements — in one dedicated platform. Structured. Searchable. Built for clubs, not group chats.
Build custom S&C programmes and assign sessions to individuals or squads. Members log their own progress. Coaches track weight, reps, and performance over time — all in one clear dashboard.
A dedicated committee workspace to manage documents, track budgets, set agendas, and record minutes. Allocate tasks. Nail handovers. Less admin. More impact.
Attendance trends, engagement patterns and post-session feedback — all in one dashboard. See what's landing, what isn't, and give committees the data to back every decision.

Join the waitlistThe club pays ClubHQ directly. At the start of the year you give us an estimated headcount — for example, "we had 50 members last year, we'll probably have 60 this year" — and we bill the club based on that assumed number for the full year.
At the end of the year we review your actual usage. If you over-estimated, we reimburse you; if you under-estimated, the difference rolls onto your next payment. No surprises either way.
Whichever works best for your club. You put down an upfront estimated number of members, then choose to pay annually up front, termly, or monthly.
Clubs fluctuate — cash flow, seasons, committee turnover — and our pricing structure is built to flex around that.
Not a problem. If a member leaves we can remove their access; if someone new joins, they're added straight in. Because billing is based on average users across the year, a fluctuation of one or two members either way is nothing to worry about.
No. There's no minimum — ClubHQ can be set up and used by an individual if they wish. Whether you're a one-person operation or a 500-member multi-sport club, you're welcome here.
I've been in sport since I was four. I've played it, captained it, coached it, coordinated it — and for the last six years of university sport, I've run it. I started my own club. I captained an IMS side. I ran a 40-team netball league. I worked in my uni's sport department. In every one of those roles, I watched the same thing happen: the game is the joy, and everything around the game is chaos.
The moment I knew I had to build something was simpler than you'd think. My netball club used to sort team sheets by posting a Facebook message — first ten to "like" it got to play. Fixtures and results lived in one person's head. That was the system.
Every club does this differently, because every club is different. That's exactly why ClubHQ is built to flex around you, not the other way around. I've lived this problem from every angle — as a player, a captain, a coach, a coordinator — and now as the person finally building the fix.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're exactly who I built this for.
